Use of the service
Metari is intended for businesses that want to automate bookings and messaging via WhatsApp. You are responsible for: (i) keeping your registered data accurate and up to date; (ii) using the platform in accordance with applicable laws and with WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business policies and terms; (iii) ensuring that your use of the service on behalf of your business does not violate third-party rights. Misuse of the platform or the WhatsApp connection may result in suspension or termination of access.
WhatsApp Business connection and user responsibility
The service depends on integration with WhatsApp Business. You are solely responsible for any impact on your account and your WhatsApp Business number connection resulting from the use of Metari. This includes, but is not limited to: blocks, restrictions, or penalties applied by WhatsApp or Meta (Facebook) due to use of the platform; loss of access to the number or API; violation of WhatsApp policies; or any consequence for your business or your customers related to how you configure or use the integration. We recommend that you read and comply with official WhatsApp Business policies and that you configure messages and flows in line with those rules. Metari is not responsible for decisions or sanctions applied by third parties (WhatsApp, Meta, or others) to your account or connection.
Artificial intelligence and data
Metari uses artificial intelligence to improve communication and automated messages. By using the service, you acknowledge that data (including message content and booking information) may be processed by AI platforms, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you send and the data you register comply with applicable data protection laws and with the policies of the AI providers we use.
Account and subscription
Use of Metari may be subject to paid plans. Non-payment when due may result in suspension of the service until the situation is resolved. You may cancel your subscription at any time, in accordance with the terms of your plan. Upon cancellation, access to data and features of the paid plan will remain until the end of the already paid period.
Limitation of liability
Metari is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (i) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) interruptions, failures, or data loss caused by third parties, including communication providers (WhatsApp, Meta) or infrastructure; (iii) impacts on your WhatsApp Business account or connection, as described in the section above; (iv) third-party decisions that affect your use of the service. Our commitment is to keep the platform stable and secure within our operational control.
